Lawsuit Claims Office Depot Overcharged City of Santee
According to a U-T San Diego report, the company also overcharged the San Diego County's Office of Education.
A lawsuit claiming that Office Depot overcharged government offices such as the City of Santee was recently made public, according to a U-T San Diego report.
The contract includes "10,000 governments and nonprofits nationwide for $3.6 billion in purchases," according to the newspaper.
