Just like I said in the last edition, we are heading into the "Holiday Season," and as such the market does tend to slow down.
Even still, there are currently 38 single family detached homes on the market in Santee right now with an average square footage of 1,632 and an average price per square foot of $251.50. This is $10 a square foot lower that it was on the first of the month, but if seasonally adjusted, really is par for the course.
With that being said, here are my "Hot Picks" for the week. I have 8819 Prospect Ave. listed as number one because it is listed at only $182.61 a square foot and has been completetly updated (asthetically at least), but it does sit on one of the busier streets in town. A very close second is 10155 Conejo Ln. This is a single story home at 2,800+ square feet that is being offered at only $194.20 per square foot.
