The Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS® (PSAR), a trade group for San Diego-area realtors, will host a class for realtors on contracts and disclosures from 5 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 16 at the PSAR East County Service Center, 1150 Broadway, El Cajon. The class, which is part of PSAR’s “Power Team Boot Camp” fall series, will be taught by PSAR member Steve Wilson. Topics will include how to write VA/FHA offers, understanding when addendums are appropriate and understanding contracts from a buyer’s and seller’s perspective. Cost to attend is $15 per person.
