La Mesa Fit Body Boot Camp, a program designed help you achieve your fitness and weight management goals in a fun and motivating atmosphere, is holding an open house event on Saturday, April 2, 2011 from 5:30-9:30 p.m. During the event, there will be a raffle held with all proceeds going to the La Mesa Fire Department.
The event includes talks on fitness and nutrition as well as martial arts demonstrations. There will be chair massage offered and prizes given, including an iPad and six-month personal training program. The open house event will be held at 8314 Parkway Drive, La Mesa, CA 91942.
J.J. Brawley, owner and chief instructor explains, “Its time the community comes together to assist those who have served our community. The budget cuts to the fire department will eventually harm us all if we don’t help now.”
