The Chargers need to sell 3,400 tickets for Sunday's game against Denver at Qualcomm Stadium by 1:15 p.m. Thanksgiving Day or it will not be locally televised, the team announced today.

The requires all seats to be sold 72 hours before scheduled kickoff, except for the priciest ones in the club level at Qualcomm Stadium, which seats 70,000-plus fans for football.

Making things more difficult: the team's ticket office will be closed for the holiday. However, the NFL usually grants deadline extensions if a team is close to selling enough tickets.

Sunday's game is must-win if San Diego wants to stay in the AFC West race. Additionally, the team will induct linebacker Junior Seau into its Hall of Fame, the players will don their popular powder blue jerseys for the first time this season, and fans will get their first look at Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow.
