On May 11, the City of Santee will dedicate the opening of a along the San Diego River at Mast Park West.
The ceremony will be at the parks entrance at the intersection of Carlton Hills and Carlton Oaks boulevards. Following the ceremony staff from the river park foundation will give a guided tour of the trail.
