Santee Little League Team Falls in Tournament
The team was one of two East County squads to lose to Brawley's All-Stars.
Two local Little League teams competed in tournament play over the weekend, falling to a team from Brawley, according to the Imperial Valley Press.
United Santee lost to the Brawley Juniors All-Star 6-0 on Saturday. The Brawley team beat Spring Valley 4-1 Sunday.
The tournament took place in North Park.
The teams were competing as part of the Section 7 championships.
