New Young LIONS Club LEO Members Inducted at Santana
The new members of the youth volunteer organization are looking for opportunities to help out around town.
On April 8, Leadership, Experience and Opportunity (LEO) Club held a Charter Night to signify their official status as young members
LEO Clubs offer high school age youth an opportunity to lead and grow from various volunteer opportunities in their community.
During the ceremony, LIONS District Governor, Jan Gustavel, inducted Santana LEOs into the LIONS Club. District LEO Advisor, Scott Leslie, installed Santana LEO officers, President Ericka Morris, Vice President Marcos Ybarra, Treasurer Danny Palombo, Secretary Jacob Stoudt, and Publicity Chair Caitlin Gora.

“I am proud to welcome these students into LIONS Club. Santee will be proud to have such a fine group serving their community," said, , Santee LIONS Club and Santana LEO Co-advisor.
The Santana LEOs have been involved with a variety of projects such as planting at the LIONS Club located at , Santee Roadside Pride, serving at Santee Lakes Club house, Santee , Santee Sheriff Bicycle Safety Day and the .

“We’re interested in helping with community events,” said, Caitlin Gora, LEO club member, “and are looking for projects now.”
In addition to club officers, other LEO members include Daniel Hackett, Shane Mullen, Paloma Symmonds, Jacob Stoudt, Caitlin Gora, Chandler Morehouse, Austin Flanagan, Tommie Post and Meg Wall.
