Padre Dam Municipal Water District press release
Padre Dam Municipal Water District’s CEO/General Manager Allen Carlisle was recently honored by the YMCA of San Diego County with its Golden Triangle of Distinguished Service Award.
Carlisle has donated a great amount of time to the East County Family YMCA as a volunteer since 2005. Most recently Carlisle served as the East County Family YMCA board chair from 2010-2013.
“I have seen tremendous growth in East County and am honored to be a part of such an inspiring and mission-driven organization,” said Carlisle about his service to the East County Family YMCA.
Carlisle has a long history with the YMCA, prior to coming back as a volunteer in 2005. He worked for the YMCA as his first job out of college.
The YMCA of San Diego County awards the Golden Triangle of Distinguished Service Award on a few select individuals each year in the County who have demonstrated outstanding service. The award is presented at the YMCA’s Annual Meeting and is the organization’s highest honor. Recipients are selected because of their length of service, intensity, consistent dedication and significant achievements.
Carlisle’s service to the East County Family YMCA exemplifies Padre Dam’s commitment to bringing our customers high quality service.
His leadership within the community is a symbol of the integrity and service that is so important to Padre Dam. Padre Dam’s mission is to provide water, recycled water, park and recreational facilities and wastewater management services for our customers in the most cost effective manner possible.
